Back to Owlbut's History of England

This is it. The end of our history of England, except it isn't the end. We've travelled on an amazing 12,000 year journey. We have gone from small tribes of people who hunt and gather their food to vast cities and towns where food is readily available with an incredible choice. We have survived wars, battles, invasions, plagues, illnesses and fires. We have made it possible for the majority of people to live into a secure old age. And we have invented no end of things which make life safer, easier and more exciting. But is life better?
