throne in 2004. He is 48 years old. His son, Joseph Wenzel, aged 21, is the heir to the throne. 
In elections everyone over the age of 18 can vote.
The currency in Liechtenstein is the Swiss Franc. Liechtenstein is not an official member of the European Union but is a memeber of the European Economic Area. The European Economic Area is an 
area where free movement of goods, people and services is allowed. All European Union countries are members.
