The Moldovan flag is three equal vertical stripes of blue, yellow, and red. The emblem in centre of the flag is of a Roman eagle of gold outlined in black with a
red beak and talons and carrying a yellow cross in its beak and a green olive branch in its right talons and a yellow scepter in its left talons. On its breast
is a shield divided horizontally red over blue with an aurochs head, star, rose, and crescent all in black-outlined yellow. Aurochs are now extinct but were wild cattle.

the big yellow rectangle is 1 sq km. After a while you can compare countries and see which ones are the most crowded. Remember it is only an average as
more people live closer together in towns and cities than in villages out in the country.
