St Lucia is one of the Windward island countries in the south of North America.
St Lucia has a border on the west side with the Caribbean Sea and on the east with the Atlantic Ocean.
The land is volcanic mountains with broad valleys.

The St Lucian flag is blue with a gold
isosceles triangle in the centre below a black arrowhead. The sides of the arrowhead have a white border. The blue represents sea and sky, the gold is for sunshine
and prosperity and the white and black for the races which make up the island with black being the greater in size. The two triangles also represent two volcanoes.
