Really nothing new. Tunics and leggings were still all the rage. People continued to dye the material used to make their clothes. Green came from juniper berries, yellow was obtained from the leaves of the birch tree, blue, as you may remember, came from woad while red came from the bedstraw plant. There were really no clothes shops so each family or tribe would make their own clothes. Well-off peasants and those higher in the social classes would usually have a linen undergarment, like a vest. Wearing wool next to your skin, in those days as the poorer people did, was not entirely pleasant. The tunics had an open neck and were open on both sides and most people wore a belt around the waist. Clothes had to be fastened with these leather belts or brooches because there was no such thing as a button and definitely nothing like a zip. The higher up the social ranking you were, the more elaborate the decorations and brooches would be. Kings would have gold and silver chains and, now Christianity was back, crosses around their necks. Bracelets of gold, silver or even ivory would also be worn both by men and women. During this time, tunics for men became a bit shorter and the men wore stockings from ankle to knee. Many women hung their possessions, like needles, tweezers and keys, around their necks and some women wore headscarves. This may also have had something to do with a return to Christianity.
